My name is Samarian. I am a graduate of Winston Salem State University. After obtaining my bachelor's degree I took time off from school to explore potential career interests. In that time I began to volunteer and speak with various members of marginalized communities such as those impacted by HIV and AIDS and it was then I decided that was where my passion resided. I enrolled in Lenoir Rhyne as a graduate student in the new dual MPH-MBA program with aspirations to continue nonprofit work

 In my free time I enjoy volunteering, baking, and playing with my dog.
